Design and construction timeline for Congdon Park
Designs are underway and will be ready for community review by fall 2009. (Precise date to be determined – designs will also be posted on this website as soon as they’re available.)
Construction bids will be opened and firms hired in March 2010. Construction will take place during the summer months of 2010 and 2011, so no school years will be affected. All work will be completed prior to the start of the 2011-2012 school year.

We are committed to completing the Facilities Plan on time and on budget, while also ensuring safety for all students and staff and working with as many local contractors and laborers as possible. Construction schedules will continue to evolve as we balance these commitments throughout implementation of the Facilities Plan.
Student relocation during Congdon Park construction
